Get matched
When a parent requests a sit, we'll match you with the sit based on your availability, location, and your experience. You will receive all the details and confirm that you are able to take this sit.
Confirm your booking
Once matched, we'll confirm the booking with you and the family. You'll receive reminders leading up to the sit and you will make initial contact with the family to introduce yourself.
The sit takes place
Soon after the sit starts, we will contact you to do a welfare check on you to ensure that you are happy and confident with the family and the sit. During your sit, we are contactable, if you feel you need any support or guidance. Your safety, happiness and wellbeing is our priority.
Get paid automatically
After each sit, we will ask you to confirm the end time. The family will then be sent your bank details so they can pay you directly by bank transfer. If payment is not made promptly, we will follow up with the family on your behalf. No chasing, no cash, no stress. You keep your full hourly babysitting fee.
Signing Up
Signing up is simple. Just complete our quick form and follow the steps to provide your details, complete a DBS check, review your contract, and join our onboarding session. We keep the process smooth so you can start babysitting with confidence.
Fill out the simple form
We only require some basic details about you to begin the registration process. Once you have submitted the form you will receive an email from us requesting your full CV, including references, and inviting you to a short phone interview.
DBS Check
In order to work with us you will be required to get an advanced DBS check unless you already have one and have registered with the update service.
Contract
Once your DBS has returned, you will be issued a contract to sign and encouraged to read over it with any parents/guardians if you are under 18.
Onboarding Session
Once your contract is signed, you will be invited to an online new sitter workshop to welcome you to the company, give you a brief intro to our systems and give you an opportunity to ask any questions. We want you to feel confident and supported as a Faye's Sitter Babysitter.
