Simple, Transparent Pricing
We believe booking trusted childcare should be straightforward and fair. You pay a small booking fee to us and the sitter's fee straight to them and you can feel confident about getting a great sitter with a great support system behind them.
£7 Booking Fee
We take a flat rate £7 booking fee at the time we confirm your sit. After your sit is completed, we will email you the sitter's bank details so you can pay them directly.
Fee Rate by Age and Experience
Age 16+ = £10 per hour
Age 18+ = £11 per hour
Age 21+ = £13 per hour
Dependent on specialist qualifications = £14-16 per hour.
After 12am will incur an additional £5 per hour additional charge.
These are recommended rates but sitters hold the right to set their own rate.
The Process
Booking a babysitter with us is simple and secure. Here is how it works from start to finish.
Reserve a Sit
When you reserve a sit, we take a £7 holding charge to secure your booking request. This allows us to begin matching you with a trusted, available sitter.
Sitter Matched
Once a sitter is confirmed, the £7 booking charge is applied. You will receive confirmation details so you can feel confident your childcare is arranged.
Cancelations
Plans change, and we aim to be fair. Cancel more than 24 hours before the sit and you will receive a 50% refund of your booking charge. Cancel within 24 hours and the booking fee is non-refundable. If the sitter cancels, we will try to match you with another sitter. If this is not possible, you will receive a full refund of your booking fee.
Paying for your sit
Payment for the sit is made by bank transfer once the sit has ended and the sitter has confirmed the end time. You will be emailed the sitter's bank details and can send payment directly using your banking app. We ask that all payments are made within 24 hours. If payment is not made promptly, we will contact you to follow up.
